RRR RAMS HOLDINGS takes its responsibility to the young, newly graduated working force very seriously. It is understood that young graduates whose families have sacrificed much to obtain a tertiary education often do not have the personal resources (or credit history) to successfully enter the work force without assistance from their company. We assess all employees and where the working environment calls for it, programmes are in place to accommodate these needs. This results in Graduates gaining relevant exposure in their specific field, that otherwise would not be feasibly gained.
Our project treatment speaks to our company philosophy whereby each project helps create sustainable jobs and most importantly establishes the careers of graduates from various localities where our projects are based. 80% of graduates that have gone through this programme successfully.
